Refund & Return Policy

At TruckShop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process:

Eligibility: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags and manuals included.

How to Return:
1. Contact our support team at support@truckshop.com or call 1‑800‑TRUCKS to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back via a trackable carrier.
3. Email your tracking number to returns@truckshop.com for faster processing.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit: If you’d prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, let us know when you request your RA. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Exceptions: Custom-painted items, electrical components, and clearance clearance items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
